Catana L Malinowski is a Transformation Art & Wellness Strategist who helps professionals over 40 find relief from negative triggers and traumas through transformational art and life coaching. She recently launched her podcast, Transformational Art with Catana – Making the Unmanageable Manageable, and she is a #1 International Best Selling Author.
Her mission is to empower 10,000 people over the next ten years to reclaim their inner strength so they can live with more joy and peace in their lives.
