4 hospital visits, 3 heart procedures, 2 heart attacks, and 1 cancer scare in only 9 months. It feels like a lot because it IS a lot. Episode 94 shared the beginning of this story (though I certainly had no idea what was to come when I recorded that). This episode is my progress report, not only for my health, but for the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Through the good and the bad, our story is our unique offering to the world. I share mine with gratitude and the hope that it may speak to you in some way.
